Position Summary:

Directs and aids in financial analysis, evaluation, and reporting of activities of current and proposed financial plans in a manner designed to protect assets, provide timely & meaningful insights & reporting of operations, and effectively plan for and ensure optimal allocation of capital to business needs. This role will also direct, coordinate, and administer accounting operations which include general accounting, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements sound accounting policies and procedures for the protection of company assets.
  • Provides leadership for and directs the responsibilities and duties of 14 direct and indirect reporting employees.
  • Provides for sound and timely managerial decisions and controls through provision of analyzed and evaluated financial operations data and information to management 
  • Oversees the preparation and distribution of monthly/quarterly financial reports with operating results.
  • Provides quantitative and qualitative analysis of key variances and trends.
  • Partners with leaders across the AAG to contribute to strategic planning efforts and influences positive decision making.
  • Assists with annual audits.
  • Leads the budgeting and strategic planning processes with the business unit leaders and sets standards for budgeting, performance metrics and reporting.
  • Confirms that the financial strategies and initiatives are integrated with corporate and business strategies.
  • Analyzes opportunities and risk and recommends alternatives to business unit leaders and AAG president.

Organization and Reporting Responsibilities

  • Position reports to the Fox CFO and President of AAG
  • Position provides leadership and direction for controllership and finance employees across the AAG network

Position Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 

Master's degree preferred

Experience:

8+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience in a leadership position

Aftermarket Applications Group:

The Aftermarket Applications Group is a segment within Fox Factory Holding Company that is roughly $500M in revenue with Ebitda of roughly 15%.  The business segment consists of Performance Vehicles Division, Custom Wheelhouse, Sport Truck, Upfit SXS, Shock Therapy, Ridetech and Outside Vans. The segment sells globally with the primary revenue coming from domestic operations.
