To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Test Technician located in Aguascalientes
Reporting to the Test Engineering team, the Test Technician role involves conducting, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting electronic, electric, electromechanical and robotics products, components, and systems to ensure production quality standards are met. The position is responsible for executing and maintaining test and burn-in processes, supporting new product introductions, analyzing yield and quality data, and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve product reliability and process performance.

- Conducts testing and troubleshooting of electronic products, components, and systems to ensure compliance with production and quality standards
- Executes and maintains test and burn-in processes, ensuring adherence to safety, ISO-9000, and regulatory requirements
- Reviews test process specifications and updates documentation to accurately reflect process requirements and test techniques
- Analyzes yield and quality data, identifying defects and implementing corrective actions to improve process efficiency and product reliability
- Supports new product introduction (NPI) activities by assisting engineering and development labs with testing, validation, and qualification
- Performs system-level troubleshooting and debugging, including module verification and high-level repair activities
- Configures and flashes firmware, builds software per unit configuration, and connects hardware components and network interfaces
- Assists in the development and maintenance of test equipment, fixtures, and test programs.
- Coordinates preventive maintenance, calibration, diagnostics, and re-qualification activities for test and burn-in equipment
- Works closely with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve test downtime and recovery actions
- Supports training and certification activities for manufacturing and maintenance personnel related to test processes
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Associate's degree, technical degree, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience as a Test Technician or in a similar electronics test, debug, or manufacturing support role.
- Hands-on experience with electronic testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeter, logic analyzers, cable and harness testers, and component testing tools
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging at multiple system levels
- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical assembly, connections, and mechanical/electrical tools.
- Familiarity with operating systems and technical environments such as DOS, Windows.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including data entry, spreadsheets, and test-related software tools
- Ability to work with preventive maintenance schedules, calibration processes, and safety requirements
- English communication skills (basic to intermediate).
