Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Engineering Technician located in Aguascalientes

This position will be focused on: Through troubleshooting, identifies machine malfunctions and isolates the failure mechanism, responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.

What a typical day looks like:

A typical day for the Maintenance Technician begins with reviewing start-up conditions of production equipment and test stations to ensure they are operating correctly before production begins. Throughout the shift, the technician performs scheduled preventive maintenance activities and responds promptly to corrective maintenance needs that may impact production continuity, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure.

The role involves hands-on troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems, as well as close collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve equipment downtime and support recovery actions. All activities are carried out in compliance with safety and quality standards, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), contributing to equipment reliability and daily production goals.

• Electronic Devices Experience
• Mechanical Tools Experience
• Pneumatic Diagrams
• Understanding and reading of equipment manual
• PLC Experience
• Experience as a Test Technician or in a similar electronics test
• Ability to read and interpret schematics
• Basic to intermediate computer skill
