Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Technical Program Manager located in Dallas, Texas.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Technical Program Manager partners with design and engineering teams and commercial teams to drive the design, validation, and implementation of innovative and cost-effective product solutions to meet customer requirements from development of conceptual prototypes through the NPI phase. The Technical Program Manager will serve as the connection between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Drive the execution of product development, contributing technical expertise to product development, coordinating the development of new technologies with technical program engineers, and ensuring program timing and budgets are met

  • Drive definition of products in markets for power products in the utility and data center space.

  • Actively identify and assess new product opportunities and initiatives for customer designs and white label products.

  • Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, milestones, and deliverables using formal program management best practices.

  • Identify program risks early and create mitigation strategies; tracks issues through resolution and escalate when needed to avoid delays.

  • Work closely with design engineering to extract and develop core product features-advantages-benefits information to drive and support the product marketing strategy.

  • Translate customer's technical needs and requirements to the NPI and cross-functional teams

  • Knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of inter-dependencies of such processes at the site

  • Establish and ensure effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site and may have P&L responsibilities.

  • Develops plans for structuring and implementing major initiatives

  • Lead cross‑functional meetings, track action items, and ensure organizational alignment.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field

  • At least 5 years of experience in engineering, project management, or related field.

  • PMP Certification and/or formal coursework/training in project management preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, technical programs with multiple cross-functional dependencies.

  • Strong understanding of product development processes, including engineering design cycles and NPI phases.

  • Proficiency in project management tools

  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to influence without authority.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
