To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Technical Architect located in Pune.

What a typical day looks like:

• Architect & lead ServiceNow platform projects/implementations
• Collaborate with product owners on solution designs and implementation options
• Establish and enforce ServiceNow engineering standards and best practices
• Manage and prioritize product enhancement requests and backlog
• Collaborate with key user groups to solicit product feedback and incorporate into product roadmap
• Manage coordinate all ServiceNow platform maintenance activities
• Evaluation technology innovations in the marketplace and ability to incorporate into product roadmap
• Evangelize product roadmap with key stakeholders and provide educational resources to improve adoption
• Evaluate emerging ServiceNow technologies and the evolution of current functionality to define roadmaps to meet business needs.
• Strong expertise in scripting using JavaScript, CSS and Angular JS: Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets and UI Pages Deep understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, etc.
• Develop and manage the target design, policies and standards, working proactively to maintain a stable, viable architecture and ensure consistency of design across internal and external projects.
• Provide ownership of customer solutions, working with members of the lead technical team to ensure its feasibility.
• Managing the ServiceNow solution design for complex projects, ensuring best practice, quality and fit for purpose outcomes.
• Provide advice on alternative options, risks and the associated impact to the business and technical architecture.
• Provide first class customer service to customers/stakeholders.
• Work autonomously or closely with Business Analysts and Engagement Managers to develop the agreed solutions.
• Design MID server architecture and configure to support applications such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Cloud Management.
• Drive the continuous improvements of our technical capability, implementation methodology and service offerings based on stakeholders experiences, ensuring a value driven approach.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• ServiceNow Platform Management (minimum 5+ Years)
• ServiceNow Development (minimum 5+ Years)
• Architect ITOM/CPG, Service Portal & ITSM (minimum 5+ Years)
• Minimum 12+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
• Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in various environments that have implemented and provided design architecture in areas such ITSM, ITOM, CPG, Portals, Integrations, etc.
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and of working in a SaaS environment.
• Excellent knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
• Excellent Knowledge of disciplined software release build/deploy processes such as SIM methodology.
• Excellent Knowledge of integrating with internal and external applications and systems.
• Strong ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal, written and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult to all levels of stakeholders (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery with outstanding results.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor staff in development and release management relative to the Service Now platform to drive quality, value and best practice.
• Working knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification a plus
• Understanding of Technology Services and how IT processes support the lifecycle of the services
• Knowhow of critical ITSM processes including incident management, problem management, change management, asset management, release management
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically, and execute tactically.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo, drive change, engineer innovative solutions and deliver results
• Strong partnership and relationship management skills; ability to work across functions and organizational lines/levels
• Ability to effectively challenge and build consensus, with ability to assimilate or integrate new concepts quickly
