Job SummaryTo support our growing Power business, we are seeking a Sustaining Supply Chain Program Analyst to act as a key coordinator for supply continuity and cost optimization initiatives. This role will be partner with Global Commodity Management (GCM), Product Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive second sourcing, mitigate supply risks, and optimize BOM costs across sustaining programs. This position is located in Shanghai Jiading.
What a typical day looks like:
- Act as the control tower and single point of contact for continuity of supply or cost improvement second sourcing opportunities for Power Module for sustaining business. Individual will be responsible for collecting second sourcing opportunities from GCM teams, qualify cost impact and drive implementation with cross functional teams.
- Work with Product Teams and Sales and Operational Planning to ensure risk buys for End of Life components are executed, in additional to working GCMS to identify and implement alternatives.
- Quantify price increases driven by changes in market dynamics at a product level and work with cross functional teams to ensure actions are identified to drive costs out of the bill of materials
- Work with Sales and Operational Planning to assist them for Supply Chain Related materials during product transfers to different facilities
- Support Product Management to provide BOM cost based on different demand level for mass production products to assist sales to win more business.
- Ensure Costed BOM variances are addressed with cross functional CFTs during cadenced BOM refreshes
- Assist in ad-hoc requests from cross functional teams and customers for supply chain
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- Typically 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, program management, or material planning in electronics manufacturing industry
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Engineering, Planning, Product Management)
- Analytical mindset with strong capability to quantify cost impact and drive data-based decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across global teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), able to work with global stakeholders
