Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supply Chain Solution Analyst preferably located in Tczew,Poland or one of our Flex location in Europe.

Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Solution, the Supply Chain Solution Analyst role involves supporting business process owners, global materials, regional operations and site teams in addressing customer-specific requirements related to APS and supply chain planning solutions.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Act as the global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) functional support and supply chain solutions.
  • Facilitate customers related processes or requests using APS, and design solutions that meet business requirements while maximizing the utilization of Flex standard processes and tools.
  • Enable new business opportunities or new customers onboarding through the development, implementation, and deployment of APS and supply chain planning solutions.
  • Participate in global projects involving the design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of APS solutions.
  • Support the implementation and rollout of global APS tools and solutions to meet customer requirements and Global Supply Chain (GPSC) objectives.
  • Provide training to sites on APS tools, planning processes, and best practices.
  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives and contribute to the definition and adoption of supply chain planning best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption of supply chain solutions.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or other Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) platforms.
  • Experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, and system implementation support.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Proven ability to independently define, plan, and execute complex process improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems; familiarity with Baan V or Infor LN is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Demand Management, SIOP, Production Scheduling, and supply chain planning processes.
  • General understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application in improving planning, visibility, decision-making, and supply chain responsiveness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, databases, and data analysis tools; SQL knowledge is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
