Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supply Chain Administrator located in Dundalk,Ireland
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Administrator role involves reporting, master data management, supplier administration, and operational activities across the Supply Chain function. The role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficient processes while partnering with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Engineering.
What a typical day looks like:
- Maintain the integrity of material and supplier master data within SAP, including the creation and maintenance of material and supplier records and contact information in compliance with company procedures and SOX requirements.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, maintain supplier records and documentation, support compliance requirements, and act as the primary administrative point of contact for supplier information requests and performance review activities, including QBR preparation.
- Generate, maintain, and distribute Supply Chain, planning, project tracking, and Clear-to-Build (CTB) reports, ensuring accurate reporting of operational performance, KPIs, and key business metrics.
- Gather, validate, analyse, and present operational data to support management reviews, business meetings, departmental performance tracking, and informed decision-making.
- Manage Supply Chain administrative activities, including shared mailbox coordination, meeting administration, document control, record management, audit preparation, and support for departmental projects and operational initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement and Supply Chain operations by maintaining training and onboarding documentation, assisting with process standardisation initiatives, providing administrative support, and delivering reports and information to internal stakeholders as required.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Previous experience in a Supply Chain, Planning, Operations Support, Data Analysis, or Administrative role
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Experience working with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems would be a distinct advantage.
