Job SummarySummary:
The “Program Administrator” will be based in Zhuhai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination & Status Management
- Monitor and track overall project status across multiple NPI programs.
- Ensure timely updates and escalation of risks or delays to stakeholders.
- Support the Program Manager in driving project milestones and deliverables.
- Customer Relationship Maintenance
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers to ensure alignment on expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
- Support customer meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain a professional and responsive communication channel with customers.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Generate and maintain comprehensive project reports, dashboards, and summaries.
- Consolidate inputs from engineering, operations, and quality teams for weekly and monthly reporting.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant with internal standards.
- Process Improvement & Operational Insight
- Leverage past experience to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in PM and CFT workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices that enhance team accuracy and execution.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to refine tools, templates, and communication processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in program administration, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or NPI environment.
- Proven ability to analyze and improve operational processes based on hands-on experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in cross-functional and customer-facing settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
