To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an [SMA Programming Engineer] located in [Jiading, Shanghai]. 

This position will be responsible for providing SMT related technical support to R&D and SMA production to facilitate design for manufacturing in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Develop and implement cost effective, efficient production processes for the Introduction of New Product.

What a typical day looks like:
• 负责推动并执行 SMA（表面贴装组装）项目及相关文件的准备和优化工作，以支持样机试产、预量产测试以及后续量产制造。
• 推动并持续改善一次通过率（*** Pass Yield）和产出效率，提升生产良率，降低不良率和漏失率。
• 负责生成并维护所有生产程序，包括锡膏印刷机（Screen Printer）、点胶机（Dispenser）、锡膏检测设备（SPI）、贴片机（Pick & Place）、回流焊炉（Reflow）等设备程序。
• 根据业务需求评估并导入新的 SMA 设备，完成生产线验证与认证（Validation & Qualification），以提升生产效率和产能。
• 为 MES（制造执行系统）、QCC（质量与投诉控制）及 FRAG（失效率分析团队）提供与 SMA 制程相关的技术支持，通过改善供应链中的制程质量来提升产品良率。
• 在 Flex SMT 生产体系中导入先进制造技术和制造理念，推动制造卓越（Manufacturing Excellence）的实现。
• 基于自身专业能力，为公司高层决策者及 Flex 电源模块相关组织提供技术层面的咨询与建议，支持业务决策和技术发展。

The experience we're looking to add to our team:
工业工程、机械工程、电子工程、自动化工程等相关专业大专及以上学历。
具备扎实的SMA（表面贴装组装）生产工艺知识与实践经验，熟悉功率模块（Power Module）制造过程中的工艺、生产效率提升、工业工程（IE）及精益生产（Lean Production）相关方法与应用。
优先考虑对Flex功率模块产品及相关制造工艺有全面了解的候选人。
具有多年电子制造行业相关工作经验，曾担任SMT工程师、制造工程师（Manufacturing Engineer）、工艺工程师（Process Engineer）或机械工程师（Mechanical Engineer）等职位者优先。
具备独立工作能力，自我驱动，条理清晰，拥有较强的分析和解决问题能力。
具有良好的沟通协调能力和数据分析能力。
具备良好的英语读写能力，能够满足日常工作及技术沟通需求。
