Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Site HR Business Partner located in Guadalajara Flex North. Reporting to the VP HR Business Partner, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with business segments to develop and deploy strategic planning objectives to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities- Partner with a GM and their team to develop and deploy strategic planning goals to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth.
- Advise and coach the GM and their team on matters related to talent management, including skills requirements, workforce planning, business selection, executive coaching, performance management, retention, succession planning, etc.
- Partner with COEs and HR GBS to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions, e.g., workforce and succession planning, development, reward and recognition, etc.
- Consult and assist business on strategic HR matters, including organizational design and restructuring, talent management, career development, etc.
- Plan, implement and facilitate HR initiatives (such as workforce planning, performance review, employee engagement initiatives, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning and review) for own business segment.
- Consult with business and HR colleagues to develop and deliver an HR strategy to meet business needs.
- Drive employee communications within own business segment.
- Assist with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
- Ensure consistent treatment of employees and application of company policies and procedures.
- Research trends and metrics (such as exit interview data) to develop solutions and retention strategies.
- Assist local Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives through HR programs, hiring activities, and compensation reviews.
- Drive employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, leave of absence processes, EH&S activities, etc.
- Support communication of key goals and priorities through written communications, presentations, and employee sessions.
- Develop and manage HR projects, programs, and initiatives.
- Foster positive working relationships across all employee levels.
- Develop and deliver training for employees and managers on HR-related topics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resources-related function.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources or related roles, including HR, consulting, project management, and change management.
- Strong expertise in total rewards, including equity and stock program design and administration, with demonstrated experience navigating the complexities of the North American labor market.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance requirements, with the ability to apply sound judgment in a fast-paced business environment.
Proven experience supporting high-growth and rapidly changing organizations, including cross-border reorganizations, reductions in force, mergers and acquisitions, while building scalable HR frameworks that adapt as the business grows or contracts.
Experience partnering with globally distributed teams and supporting a diverse, multicultural workforce across multiple geographies. High cultural intelligence and the ability to operate effectively in remote, cross-border, and highly matrixed environments, with a strong track record of influencing stakeholders across functions and regions.
