Summary:

The “Senior Program Administrator” will be based in Zhuhai, reporting to Program and Engineering Director.

Responsibilities:

• Innovative project management
• 1. Lead cross departmental collaboration projects, design and implement innovative project management processes, and promote efficiency improvement
• 2. Using agile/lean methodologies, establish a rapid trial and error mechanism for projects, and shorten the decision-making cycle
• Strategic Implementation and Breakthrough
• 1. Deeply involved in decoding company strategy, transforming abstract goals into executable innovative project portfolios
• 2. Lead 1-2 breakthrough projects every quarter, achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement through process reengineering/model innovation
• Industry Frontier Insights
• 1. The Application of New Technologies in Project Management

Qualifications:

• More than 3 years of experience in complex project management
• 1. Led the implementation of three or more innovative projects from scratch, with successful cases of digital transformation
• 2. Prioritize mastering automation skills such as Python/VBA
• Core competencies:
• Innovative gene: demonstrates breakthrough thinking in past experiences, such as:
• Previously saved costs through process optimization
• Designed a new project evaluation model
• Expressing innovative perspectives on project management
• Familiar with communication methods of Generation Z, skilled in using short videos/metaverse tools for team management
