Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Analyst- Finance in Pune.
What a typical day looks like:

• Support in Generating high end MIS reports for the corporate
• finance Leaders and facilitate them in Financial Analysis.
• Generating Standard Reports for Acutal & Fcst cycle
• Meeting the agreed delivery schedule for reports
• Support in Monthly Cost center Management activities.
• Follow up with the sites on variances in the P&L and Balance sheet accounts and clear them in conjunction with the corporate finance team during the month end close.
• Support in generating high end MIS reports for regional finance analysts.
• Providing commentaries and performing analysis for Senior management on all financial reports.
• Process journal transactions as per the standard operating procedures.
• Post rectification entries for the errors identified by the supervisor.
• Reporting activities - Validate the Trial Balance, P&L and BS Reconciliation
• Perform Reconciliation of Sub-module vs Trial balance.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• B.Com/M.com and other accounts stream degrees.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Hands on experience Financial Reporting is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible to work in night shifts.
• Good in finance and accounting concepts.
• 1 - 2 yrs of experience.
