Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Aguascalientes

The Quality Engineer will be based in Flex Aguascalientes. Quality Engineer is responsible for monitoring the process validation/qualification of the new and current assembly lines, ensuring that Quality Management System and Customer requirements are met. 

What a typical day looks like:

• Develop instructions for inspection, testing and evaluation of products.
• Develop forms and instructions to evaluate, monitor and report quality and reliability data.
• Develop & implement methods for disposition of discrepant material and devices methods.
• Compile and write training material and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
• Support to Product Engineers and Program Managers with Customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues, not limited to attend direct contact to the Customer.
• Assure data availability and integrity for all quality related activities, consolidating data in quality reports.
• Initiate corrective actions requests as needed and tracking until completion.
• Assist with development and implementation of quality audits.
