To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Payroll Accountant(薪资会计) located in Shenzhen GBS. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Payroll Accountant(薪资会计)  role involves…

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

1.Perform payroll validation and payroll release

 进行工资验算和工资发放；

2.Handle labor cost accounting and labor cost ledger account Balance Sheet reconciliation

 人力成本账务处理和人力成本科目资产负债表的调账；

3. Provide labor cost analysis report &KOI report to management team.

  为管理层提供人力成本分析&人力成本关键运营指标报表；

4. Prepare labor cost (direct labor/MOH/SG&A）forecast report

  编制人力成本(直接人工/制造费用/销售和管理费用)预算报表

5. Assist in other ad-hoc assignments(Labor cost analysis between actual and forecast, standard labor cost report ,internal/external audit )

协助其他临时任务(人力成本预算与实际的差异分析，标准人力成本报表制作，内外部审计)

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

1. Bachelor or above degree, majored in Accounting / Finance(must to have);

本科或以上学历，主修会计或财务相关专业；

2. Good knowledge in PRC GAAP and US GAAP, skilled at financial analysis

熟悉中美会计准则，擅长财务分析；

3. Basic English ability in reading and writing(must to have);

基本的英文读写能力；

4. Hands on experience in MS Excel, Power point, Outlook(must to have).

实际的操作MS Excel等办公软件经验；

5. Strong sense of responsibility; willing to work under pressure.

责任心强；有一定的抗压能力；

6. Self-initiative, independent and pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills;

自主、独立、性格开朗并具有良好的人际交往能力;
