To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a  Medical Service Specialist located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Clinic Doctor, the Medical Service Specialist  Provide administrative support at medical practices within the company and update medical records.

What a typical day looks like:

• Enrollment for new hire including dependent.
• Arrange medical review, screening, or any other medical services as requested by the company
• Notification of card collection to employee
• Employee feedback or claim issue
• Dental claim report.
• Verification of invoices, administration fee, claim & reimbursement
• Raise request for the payment of invoices
• Verification of invoices – doctor fee, nurse fee, medication utilization
• Raise acquire for the payment of invoices
• Medical log report
• Involve in audit – ISO 14001, KKM
• Review health center procedure & maintain with the latest update.
• Contact the employee & verified documents - accident & industrial accident only.
• Physical documents filing & storage

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine; Master's degree in Occupational Safety preferred.
• Experience with inspections and visits from STPS and IMSS.
• Certification in ISO 14000 and ISO 45000 standards.
• Ability to perform numerical analysis of information and KPIs.
• Strong leadership skills.
