Job Summary

Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer located in Aguascalientes, Campus.

Reporting to Industrial_Axis, Operations, involves in all manufacturing activities within the company. Coordinates operating activities so that approved products are manufactured on schedule, within quality standards for new products. Additional duties involve in the communication direct with the customer during all the phases of the new products

What a typical day looks like:

  • Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques.
  • Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.
  • Develops manufacturing methods.
  • May be involved in development and update of PFMEA for new products
  • May participate in control plan development for new products.
  • Write and update work instructions and other documents (e.g. specifications, procedures,…) for new products.
  • Analyzes and designs layout of equipment and workspace.
  • Confers with costumer and purchase team.
  • Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to customer request.
  • Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
  • Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Engineering degree, in related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced English, spoken and written
  • SolidWorks, Edrawings knowledge
