We're Hiring: Motion Graphics Designer (0–2 Years Experience)

Are you a creative storyteller who loves bringing visuals to life through animation? Learning Experience Group is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to craft compelling animations, digital communication assets, and eLearning content for IT audiences.

About the Role
As a Motion Graphics Designer, you'll design and animate visually engaging content for eLearning modules, explainer videos, social media, and digital communication assets. This is a perfect opportunity for early‑career creatives to grow their skills and build a strong motion design portfolio.

Entry‑level motion design roles typically require 0–2 years of experience.

What You'll Do

Create high‑quality motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.
Produce engaging videos, illustrations, and animated assets such as kinetic typography and transitions.
Edit and enhance video content with motion elements.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and communication teams to develop storyboards and visual concepts.
Manage multiple motion design projects and deliver on deadlines.

Required Skills
Proficiency in:

Adobe After Effects (core animation tool)
Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing)
Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics)
Adobe Photoshop (image editing)

Nice to have:

Basic knowledge of 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender.
Creative Skills:

Strong understanding of animation principles.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
Ability to translate ideas into engaging visual stories.

Qualifications

Degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in motion graphics design.
Strong portfolio showcasing animation or motion design work.
