Summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a IT Project Managerlocated in Austin, TX.

Reporting to IT Business Unit Partner Senior Director the IT Project Manager Accountable for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Encouraging the use of standard processes with customers and across segments to provide equal engagement, customer experience, and optimize outcomes in all areas.
  • Leading program management activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking to ensure successful project execution.
  • Coordinating New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions from development to production, and aligning milestones with customer and business goals.
  • Serving as the Integration Manager, acting as the "liaison" between multidisciplinary teams (e.g., operations, engineering, sales, and supply chain) to unify efforts toward a common goal.
  • Driving governance and PMO support by monitoring program health, facilitating steering committee updates, reporting key metrics, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
  • Following up rigorously on delays, addressing risks or blockers, and ensuring teams remain aligned with project timelines.
  • Promoting process discipline across programs, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, frameworks, and organizational policies.
  • Identifying and addressing gaps to achieve common goals, leading resource allocation, and fostering a collaborative organizational culture.
  • Proactively generating ideas and solutions to solve business problems, improve processes, and enhance program outcomes.
  • Excelling in communication, collaboration, and conciliation to resolve conflicts, align diverse perspectives, and drive leadership across teams.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring independent decision-making with site managers, teams, plant managers, and functional leaders.
  • Identifying and addressing gaps to achieve common goals, leading resource allocation, and fostering a collaborative organizational culture.
  • Highlighting issues and providing solutions when seeking support from the right resources.


The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of related experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Proven expertise in program management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects.
  • Experience coordinating New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment and successful launches.
  • Strong background as an Integration Manager, with a demonstrated ability to bridge multidisciplinary teams and foster unity.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and conciliation skills to lead diverse groups toward shared objectives.
  • Experience supporting governance and PMO functions, including reporting, process standardization, and program oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process discipline, enforce adherence to standards, and propose actionable solutions to business challenges.
  • Proficiency in revising dashboards, analyzing program data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional leadership, drive, and attitude to inspire teams and achieve cohesive, goal-oriented results.
