To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Internal Communications & Content Specialist located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Training Manager, the Internal Communications & Content Specialist will be responsible for executing internal communication and marketing initiatives across campus, creating engaging content and campaigns aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver digital and physical communications. Contributes to campaign design, content creation (graphic, photo, video), and implementation.

What a typical day looks like:

• Design and execute internal communication strategies and campaigns across digital and on-site channels, ensuring the right tone, format, and frequency for diverse employee audiences.
• Create, write, and edit institutional content for internal platforms such as portals, email, newsletters, and digital screens, using clear messaging and storytelling aligned with company guidelines.
• Develop creative assets including graphics, printed materials, infographics, executive presentations, tutorials, photography, video, and basic animation to support internal initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership teams to define objectives, align messaging, and prepare strategic communications, organizational announcements, and high-impact internal initiatives.
• Manage and optimize internal communication channels while coordinating with vendors and partners for the production and post-production of digital and physical communication materials.
• Support internal events and communication projects end-to-end, monitoring performance metrics and employee engagement to continuously improve reach, effectiveness, and impact.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, or a related field.
• Experience in internal communications, marketing, or content creation, with a creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop; Premiere is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, photography, video, and content development.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint is a plus).
• Intermediate English level.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.
