Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Import / Export Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Import/ Export manager, this role will be in charge of providing operational expertise to enhance the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the department by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, liaising with operations, customers and carriers in order to ensure customer satisfaction and to deliver maximum advantage to the business.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Manage international and domestic imports and exports, coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure full Import/Export and Trade Compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, including accurate HTS classification and required regulatory documentation.
  • Prepare, review, correct, and maintain customs entry records, certifications of origin, and import compliance documentation.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to identify compliance gaps, escalate discrepancies, and drive corrective actions across site departments.
  • Select carriers and routing methods, maintain and distribute carrier routing guides, and train site teams on proper usage.
  • Track shipments, provide proof of delivery, and coordinate expedited or special‑handling shipments as needed.
  • Audit freight invoices, code and resolve billing discrepancies, research freight issues, and support invoice payment accuracy.
  • File and manage freight and insurance claims for lost or damaged shipments and coordinate resolution with carriers and insurance providers.
  • Prepare rate quotes and carrier comparisons, support P&L activities as applicable, and identify freight cost‑saving opportunities.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 1 year of experience performing a similar in logistics/import/export matters.
  • English fluency is mandatory.
  • Excel
