To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Functional Tester Development Engineer located in Budapest.
Reporting to the Test Development Manager, the Functional Tester Development Engineer role involves the responsibility to develop, design, build-up, and qualify cost-effective functional test equipment for manufacturing purpose.
By joining our team, you will:
Design, build-up, and qualify functional test equipment, and provide them to the manufacturing department
Develop the functional test equipment according to customer test requirements/test specifications
Select components, materials, devices for the functional test equipment, and prepare the partlist
Develop functional test software ( sequence file ) based on National Instruments TestStand and Labview
Design, build-up hardware interface cards
Debug of functional test equipment and test software
Qualify functional test equipment based on MSA ( measurement system analyses ) rules
Prepare the complete test equipment documentation
Participate in safety tests and CE certification of the functional test equipment
Provide professional support for Test Engineers in the manufacturing area
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering)
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing area
Negotiation level of English
Analytical skills
Customer (external and internal) relationship skills
Self-motivated, initiative personality and good team player
What technologies you will be working with:
This role requires hands-on work in technologies such as NI TestStand and NI LabVIEW programs and familiarity with programming in any of the following languages: C++, Pascal, Python, Lab Windows, Lab View
