Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an EMC Test Coordinator located in Timisoara.

Reporting to the Test&Validation Manager, the EMC Test Coordinator role involves directing, planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures for the EMC Test Center.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Responsible for directing, planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures for the EMC test center
  • Responsible for managing and overseeing the methods, processes and operations for both new and existing products. With special focus to the EMC laboratory ISO TS17025 accreditation
  • Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and resources, and functional directive in the delivery of cost-effective, high quality EMC services including customer dedicated solutions
  • Responsible for the reproducible performance of EMC and electrical measurements
  • Collaboration in the EMC requirements analysis (requirements engineering) as well as the creation of test cases and collaboration in the creation of EMC test plans
  • Responsible with tracking and maintaining the calibration process and lab equipment maintenance
  • Responsible of day by day laboratory operation
  • Responsible for creation and documentation the test reports

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics or related field
  • RF & HF electrical engineering & design experience. EMC test know how.
  • Automotive Power Electronics and High Voltage (1kV) EMC test experience would be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex systems;
  • Self-reliant, structured, and proactive way of working;
  • Team player, excellent communication skills, work under pressure, self-motivated
  • Excellent oral and written English communication
  • Knowledge of German would be an advantage
