To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Technology Park Campus.

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the Business Systems Analyst's role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

  • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge

  • Work directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and strategic goals

  • Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements. 

  • Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption

  • Execute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering

  • Advanced English is Mandatory

  • Solid knowledge in ERP

  • Mespro Experience

  • Advanced SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with (MySQL, Elasticsearch) to support modern factory apps.

  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex policies and procedures.

  • Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.

  • Knowledge in SQL, team focus, Desirable knowledge.

  • Proven experience working in Agile environments, coordinating releases that impact critical operations.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with global teams, managing "Change Leadership" in multicultural enterprise settings.

  • Problem Solving: Analytical mindset focused on resolving critical supply chain disruptions and improving system uptime.Works under pressure.
