Reporting to the Manager, Automation TPM, the Automation TPM role involves leading and driving regional and site-specific activities on Growth and Productivity by deploy successfully Automated lines. Align and support each Business Unit ensure we are achieving goals on both.
What a typical day looks like:
- Lead the planning and implementation of an automation project, facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Define project task, timelines and resource requirements.
- Work effectively with leadership, design and engineering, sales, marketing and other stakeholders to prioritize requirements for Growth and Productivity by using Automation process.
- Define clear process requirements to automate process that allows achieve goals with ROI, Investment cost, scalable solutions etc.
- Build financial models (i.e., Microsoft Excel); conduct quantitative and qualitative business, market, and competitor analysis; help identify and assess existing and new market initiatives as it relates to Growth
- Search for potential customer or potential project, specific customer management and communication,
- Estimate project budget, and control the cost within the budget
- Collaboration with other functions to compliancy the law and rules (Information Security, Finance, EHS, ESD, CE, UL, etc)
- Be a key spokesperson to advocate core product capabilities and potential opportunities. Effectively participate in promotion activities internally and with customers to represent various industry products, solutions, and value propositions.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- University or College degree in Engineering electronics, mechanics, mechatronics or similar
- Experience in Project Management in a complex, high volume manufacturing environment.
- Evaluations, plans, internal strategies, result oriented, flexible, passionate, creative, hands-on, love to learn and continuously improve, objective, critical thinking and problem-solving skill, well organized, pays attention to details, methodical
- Ownership for team task, good team player, working under pressure & multi-tasking.
- Interpretation and establishment of KPI and Operational Metrics for automation devices.
- Experience integrating automation applications from design to delivery stage
- Experience with industrial protocols like OPC, Profibus, Fieldbus, Devicenet, IO-link, Modbus, TCP/IP or similar.
- Experience in manufacturing process for electronics devices and mechanical assemblies (e.g., dispensing, screw-fastening, welding, soldering, general knowledge in testing, etc.)
- Microsoft Suite Manager (Project, Excel, Work, Power Point, Outlook)

Solid experience with TPM role:
- Responsible for development & deployment for complex automation project or automatic product.
- Project planning & schedule control & quality control & project management.
- Project definition, development and deployment stages and milestones (SOW, CDR, FAT, SAT).
- System verification in whole development process with good abilities of troubleshooting & high-quality awareness.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Know DFMEA, DOE, CPK, GR&R, related assistance tools be plus
- Familiar related standard & system, like ISO9001, TS16949, EMS IPC-3 be plus
