To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Associate Production Supervisor located in Columbia, SC.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, The Associate Production Supervisor role involves being responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality, and cost goals.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:
- Supervise production lines, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Evaluate performance and recommend operational improvements.
- Lead a team to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
- Troubleshoot issues and coach operators for better performance.
- Collaborate with engineers on improvement projects.
- Provide technical support to project teams and liaise with maintenance.
- Train junior operators and prioritize production schedules.
- Participate in cost improvement initiatives and assist with budget management.
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Here is some of what you'll need (required):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience in similar role
- 3+ Supervisory experience
- Experience in electrical components
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP Systems (Kronos preferred)
