Description

Responsible for reconcilement of teller and correspondent bank transactions, which may include the accurate data entry of checks and associated documents; responsible for processing images and/or documents through department specific software; solving various systems and input problems; and communicating with internal partners, as well as, responding to inquiries for information.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Day Shift

1. Sorts lockbox client payments accurately,

2. Completes Lockbox Processing within daily cutoff time

3. High speed scanning of bank documents

4. Imports Electronic bank documents

5. Completes data entry and both lockbox work and bank documents

6. Researches various system and input problems.

7. Supports the organization's commitment to ongoing quality service enhancement by participating in multi-disciplined guidance and project teams, as appropriate.

 

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.  Experience in Accounting or related field is preferred.

2. Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematical skills; proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills.

3. Ability to comprehend all department software/systems used, and to operate specialized equipment.

4.      A valid driver's license and local and/or regional travel required.
