We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in financial services. The successful candidate will support daily operations, assist with documentation, and ensure smooth administrative processes across the department.
Essential Job Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to banking operations staff, including scheduling and data entry.
2. Assist with processing account documentation, loan paperwork.
3. Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
4. Coordinate internal meetings, prepare reports, and support operational projects.
5. Respond to customer and vendor inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy.
6. Manage office supplies and support general office logistics.
Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
2. 0–2 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles (internships or part-time work in banking a plus).
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Familiarity with banking or financial services terminology is preferred.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
7. Ability to learn banking systems and follow procedures accurately.
