Corporate Intern (Administrative & Events Support)
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-time Internship (Flexible)
Duration: Summer 2026
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Intern to support our team with day-to-day administrative functions, onboarding initiatives, and event coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in corporate operations, HR support, and event planning—ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain exposure in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance including scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Support internal teams with day-to-day operational tasks
- Assist in the coordination of training programs, including updating and maintaining training databases while supporting the Training Manager on various initiatives
Event Coordination (Golf Tournament & Corporate Events)
- Assist in planning and executing the company's annual charity golf tournament
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
- Support promotion efforts (email outreach, social media, etc.)
Onboarding & HR Support
- Assist in preparing and organizing onboarding materials for new hires
- Help improve onboarding documentation and processes
Additional Projects
- Assist with internal communications and company initiatives
- Support marketing efforts such as drafting emails or social posts
- Conduct light research and compile reports as needed
- Provide general support on special projects across departments
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred (Not Required)
- Interest in event planning, HR, or corporate operations
- Experience with tools like Excel, Canva, or event platforms
