The Job: 

Under direct supervision, reviews, executes, and analyzes outcomes of test cases provided by internal and external stakeholders. This position also provides feedback and works very closely with both support and development to resolve product quality issues. 

What you will be doing: 

• Executes test checklists reported by support, customers, and other internal stakeholders to review product features and functionality.
• Analyzes test results to determine test success or failure. 
• Work closely with engineers and product owners to determine proper software results and outcomes
• Records defects found in testing using the approved defect tracking software.
• Communicates findings and exchanges information with internal groups

• Work with team members to resolve testing problems.
• Listen and communicate both verbally and in writing to other co-workers and department contacts.
• English speaking and comprehension skills.

Requirements: 

• A student currently enrolled and pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, at least 1 year to graduate.
• Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC)
