The partnership's assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity.

Enterprise Products is seeking an experienced Project Analyst who will oversee the flow and evaluation of data from the Pipeline Integrity (PLI) Project Management team.  Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Initiate new projects within Oracle, ensuring accurate entry of project descriptions, budget codes, budget IDs, team member lists, tasks, and resources. Maintain records of estimated costs, attachments, forecasts, and baseline budgets.
  • Develop, maintain, and generate comprehensive reports for Engineering projects to support decision-making and operational efficiency
  • Accurately process project entries and maintain data integrity within Oracle.
  • Prepare and submit material and service requisitions in accordance with organizational procurement guidelines.
  • Serve as a liaison between Project and Payables teams to facilitate accurate and timely invoice processing.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Field Engineering and their direct reports, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Design and develop professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Manage the flow of information within the project office, ensuring effective communication through various channels, including fax, mail, courier, phone, messages, and teleconferencing.
  • Assist in the execution of special projects and perform general administrative duties as required.
  • Assist with invoice processing activities, work order preparation, and contract management.
  • Generate ad hoc cost and project reports from Oracle as needed.
  • Review cost reports for discrepancies and coordinate with Property Accounting to resolve any errors.
  • Maintain an up-to-date floor plan and oversee facility-related concerns in collaboration with Building Management.
  • Administer and update departmental documentation, including organizational charts, employee and contingent worker contact lists, and emergency contact information.
  • Provide professional and courteous front desk support, including greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, directing inquiries, and coordinating office communications to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment.


Requirements

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Business Administration degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with and ability to perform project related general administrative tasks as required.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the energy midstream sector.
  • Self-motivator with ability to work without close supervision.
  • Experience in administrative support is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
  • Communicate clearly, tactfully and professionally to all internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
  • Effectively prioritize requests and multi-task when required.
  • Flexible and dependable with the ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with a self-starter attitude.
  • Ability to work and demonstrate a sense of urgency, responsiveness and awareness of tasks and priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat is required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Project is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle's AFE or invoice programs is preferred
