Position DescriptionENSCO Avionics is looking for a talented Electrical Engineer. You will be part of the formal verification test team. Your responsibilities will include completing configuration checkout/test of boards, write verification test cases and procedures for these boards, and execute test cases and procedures along with a technician.

Qualifications Required (Skills)
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering, or Equivalent
- 10+ years working with embedded systems consisting of analog and digital electronic circuits.
- 5+ years working with 270VDC+ motor drive bridges.
- 10+ years working with isolated motor drives
- 10+ years working with galvanically isolated feedback/control systems
- Familiarity with formal aspects of design per DO-254 guidance.
- 5+ years of Altium experience for generation and maintenance of ECAD files (schematic, board design, component management) Excellent interpersonal skills including working in team environment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, work ethic, and attention to quality
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Qualifications Desired
- Familiarity with Texas Instruments' Code Composer Studio
- Familiarity with Texas Instruments' SM320F28335
- Familiarity with ARINC 429
- Familiarity with I²C, SPI, and JTAG
- Familiarity with motor controls
- Familiarity with Permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSMs) and Brushless DC machines (BLDCs)
