We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic medical services to patients across diverse populations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting health, wellness, and disease prevention.

 

 

About the Opportunity: 

 

  • Dr. Diaz/Multispecialty pracitce located in West New York, NJ
  • Schedule – Mon-Fri 9:00a - 5:00p

What your day will look like

 

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including routine physical examinations, preventative screenings, and chronic disease management
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic test results
  • Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive health measures.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with nurses, medical assistants, care coordinators, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active or eligible for New Jersey Medical License
  • DEA & NJ CDS registration
  • AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS certification
  • Strong surgical skills and clinical judgment

Englewood Health offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, comprehensive benefits package, and other incentive programs for our employees. The salary shown reflects the minimum compensation; actual compensation considers specialty, relevant experience and training.

Minimum compensation: $300,000.00 annually
