Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting and monitoring the delivery of high-quality programs, in accordance with contract specifications and performance outcomes.
  • Provide accurate, professional representation for our services to community groups, including speaking engagements and other public relation functions.
  • Organize, manage and evaluate the delivery of diverse program services in accordance with policies, procedures, goals, and business plans.
  • Coach, mentor and develop direct reports; ensuring the department can respond to current and future business opportunities and challenges.
  • Manage assigned caseload as required and ensure all contract measures are maintained. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, from an accredited College or University, in human services (e.g., psychology, social work, sociology or related field) or higher education required.
  • Three years' full-time experience working with youth and families required.
  • Must be able to meet requirements for Eckerd Connects' Auto Insurance and be able to drive for business purposes.
  • Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.

About Our Program:

Eckerd Connects' Project Bridge provides transitional services to boys and girls ages 11-21 reintegrating back to their home communities from residential commitment programs. Through an innovative partnership, this program supports the mission and vision of the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) to increase post-placement stability of youth through transition coordination from residential placement.
