That's Nice, But What's the Job?

In short, as the Senior Financial Data Analyst (Senior Analyst, Treasury & Finance Operations) you will play a critical role supporting both day-to-day treasury operations and investor reporting and analytics. This position is responsible for managing cash operations, liquidity reporting, reconciliations, and working with internal and external partners to help execute financial statement and audit deliverables, while also producing investor reporting, performing advanced financial data analysis, and driving process automation initiatives.

In long, as Senior Financial Data Analyst (Senior Analyst, Treasury & Finance Operations) you will:

  • Manage daily reconciliation of all cash transactions, including preparation and review of supporting schedules to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting policies.
  • Maintain daily liquidity and cash position reporting, executing bank transactions, transfers, positive pay files, returns, and warehouse borrowing requests to support funding needs and safeguard company assets.
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls over cash operations, ensuring adherence to company reconciliation standards and financial reporting requirements.
  • Serve as the primary Treasury contact for internal and external inquiries related to cash operations, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure transparency and issue resolution.
  • Publish accurate and timely monthly Servicer and Investor Reports for all third-party obligations in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Extract, analyze, and validate complex datasets from the company's data warehouse (e.g., SQL, Snowflake) to support external reporting, capital markets transactions, executive management reporting, and internal performance analytics.
  • Partner with Financial & Accounting Systems Team, Risk, Accounting, Operations, and external stakeholders to resolve reporting inquiries, validate data integrity, and support ad hoc investor or lender requests.
  • Identify opportunities to improve treasury and capital markets reporting processes by driving automation, enhancing data workflows, and implementing efficiency-focused solutions using advanced Excel, SQL, VBA, or related tools, including leveraging AI‑powered analytics and automation technologies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and partner with Treasury leadership to lead or support strategic initiatives that enhance reporting accuracy, operational scalability, and risk mitigation.

  • Organization and time management skills in spades.  You'll be handling multiple projects and deadlines that will require you to prioritize then re-prioritize… then… re-prioritize again.
  • Operate Autonomously. The ability to manage, take ownership and complete multiple projects on and drive them to completion on time with minimal supervision.
  • Agile in a fast-paced environment. We move, and we move quickly.  Thriving in an environment that never stops, is a must. 

The Specifics 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in treasury operations, capital markets reporting, consumer finance analytics, or related financial data environment
  • Strong Analytics and project management skills
  • Experience working with large financial datasets and data warehouse environments
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Advanced SQL skills required
  • Snowflake experience is a plus
