General Summary:
Partners with Senior Director Field Human Resources as part of a broader team responsible for all aspects of hiring District Managers within our Field Store organization. Provides professional consultation in areas related to recruiting, talent assessment, succession planning, retention initiatives, and training. Assists the Senior Director Field Human Resources in the management of human capital strategy and metrics. This role will lead full life-cycle recruitment efforts for District Managers focused on executing all aspects of the recruitment process including creating and executing sourcing strategies, interviewing and assessment of candidates and negotiating salary. Provide recruitment and succession planning strategies.
Job Details:Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end District Manager recruiting process which includes gathering job requirements, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, assessing job applicants, and managing employment offer negotiations through external and internal sourcing. Continuously update our applicant tracking system with all activities related to candidate dispositions, interview progress, and job offer details.
- Maintain ongoing succession planning management for District Managers. Manage ongoing succession planning management initiatives (DMUs).
- Partners with Senior Director Field Human Resources on the onboarding program, development plans and training initiatives.
- Create and manage a great experience for all candidates throughout the application and interviewing process.
- Develop and maintain a strong business partnership with key stakeholders.
- Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends.

- Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting.
- Sound interview and evaluation skills.
- Strong sourcing background with experience filling roles at the exempt level.
- Ability to develop relationships and effectively influence with key stakeholders and candidates.

Work Experience &/or Education:
BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or applicable training in these areas with another degree; equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree.
- Proven track record of recruiting within an organization.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with at least one year of recruiting.
- Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting across multiple locations.
- Strong sourcing background with experience filling exempt roles.
- Ability to develop relationships and effectively influence with key stakeholders and candidates.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills including strong communication skills.
