Job Details

General Summary:

This position is responsible for the management and support of HR service systems, ServiceNow, case management, knowledge base, DGme (employee portal components) as well as other Human Resources-specific communication initiatives. Requires partnership with IT, marketing, corporate communications, and other business partners to drive Human Resources initiatives.

 

Responsibilties:

 

HR System Management

  • Serves as a primary resource in relation to HR intranet, setup, maintenance, updates, and innovation
  • Provides first point-of-contact support for employees, including troubleshooting and appropriately escalating potential issues
  • Reviews and tests new processes, updates, and workflows, providing feedback and suggestions as necessary
  • Assists with regulatory compliance efforts

Information Management

  • Supports reporting resources for all levels across the organization
  • Performs regularly scheduled audits to ensure information is up to date within the system
  • Assists with the maintenance of the company's organizational chart
  • Creates, updates, and maintains all HR intranet content, including documents/articles, employee notifications, and employee system access
  • Frequently collaborates across boundaries with partners such as IT and Corporate Communications


Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical and technical audiences alike
  • Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in identifying, analyzing, and solving business problems to improve work processes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of cross-functional partners
  • Able to be a team player and is customer service driven

Experience: 

  • Obtaining Bachelor's degree (at least 2 years completed) or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Marketing, or closely related field
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • HRIS administration/programming experience preferred
  • Experience with HR services and database tools such as ServiceNow, Lawson/Infor, and dashboarding tools preferred
