**What You'll Do:**
The Pines at Heartwood is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a leadership role overseeing all nursing functions of the assisted living center!
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care plans
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care
Lead the state survey process with auditors
Complete the Uniform Assessment System to ensure the correct level of care is given

**What You'll Bring:**
**Qualifications of a Director of Nursing include:**
Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New York for 2+ years
2+ years of UAS experience ( **Uniform Assessment System** )
2+ years of supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse
2+ years of experience in assisted living (or additional experience in long-term care)
Experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing or Director of Nursing preferred, but not required
