Long Term Care/Rehab - LPN (Per-Diem) - Local Contract
Location: Brockton, MA
Duration: PRN/Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Per-Diem
Shifts: ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE
8 hour shifts (16 hours/week minimum requirement)
Requirements:
COVID Vaccine + Booster

Minimum required hours/week - 16
Additional Details:
Requires 2 years of Long Term Care - LPN Experience
Pay Rate:
Local Rate: $41/hour
