Documents solutions, contributes to knowledge bases, and analyzes incident trends to improve processes and enhance user experience *A Brief Overview* Applies in-depth Print/Output knowledge to provide technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues through various channels while delivering customer service. Documents solutions, contributes to knowledge bases, and analyzes incident trends to improve processes and enhance user experience. *What you will do* * Collaborates with multiple departments, network administrators, and system administrators to address internal issues related to print infrastructure and print experience. * Communicates with multiple support & engineering teams on proposed enhancements or upgrades for Entreprise Output related technologies * Conducts research on technology trends and innovations to stay informed on advancements that could benefit CVS colleague experiences in print/copy/scan/digitization. * Allocates accountability to support teams to provide comprehensive technical assistance on Enterprise Output tasks * Consolidates information on IT security trends to ensure the infrastructure & output environments comply with required requirements & are remediated against identified vulnerabilities * Documents protocols for the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of print related infrastructure, software, mobile device usage relating to print/scan, and various other digitization efforts * Works with the team to create training materials and documentation resources for colleagues & other technology teams relating to print infrastructure. * Maintains, trains on, and supports specific technology solutions relating to Ouput environments *Required qualifications:* * 10+ years working in Information Technology Engineering & Support roles * Experienced in Print Infrastructure & Solution Software, as well as vulnerability remediation knowledge * Multi print vendor solution & support tools experience (HP, Ricoh, etc.) *Education* * Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $75,705.00 - $154,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
