Such activities drive the quality and integrity of P&L/cost center owner level reporting, membership and/or expense forecasts, product reporting and balance sheet reporting. Direction is to provide financial analysis and recommendations in support of management's evaluation of strategic and business initiatives. This role supports the Medicare Advantage product, which is a $35 billion business and represents significant contribution margin and future growth for Aetna. The Senior Analyst FP&A will have a key role is reporting monthly actuals, budgeting/strategic planning, and forecasting. Direction is to provide financial analysis and recommendations in support of management's evaluation of strategic and business initiatives. This position will have a strong focus on MAPD Individual forecasting and budgeting. Other responsibilities for the Senior Analyst FP&A include but are not limited to: * Participate in the development if the annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Medicare objectives * Develop, maintain model building, data and assumption application, analysis, and reporting * Lead support for IDV quarterly forecast, budget, and strategic plan process. * Must be able to multi-task and work effectively toward deadlines. Must be a naturally curious self-starter who is willing to take risks. *Required Qualifications* * 3+ years of FP&A and/or financial reporting experience *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience in healthcare insurance * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint * Experience in SAP Analysis for Office, Tableau, and/or Hyperion * Experience in model building and developing variance analysis tools * Ability to communicate and present information to management * Project management skills *Education* * Bachelor's Degree, with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
