The Senior Manger MinuteClinic Analytics and Strategy will stand up and lead a team that is motivated by the opportunity to reinvent healthcare and improve health outcomes for our patients while achieving our MinuteClinic financial and operational targets. This role is highly collaborative and will work in a matrixed environment to use the assets of the entire CVS Health Enterprise to develop reporting and analytics that gives our field colleagues and executive leadership the insights they need to make the right business decisions for MinuteClinic. The Senior Manager will report to the Director of MinuteClinic Workforce Management and Performance Management and lead the MinuteClinic Operations reporting and analytics team. The team is responsible for partnering with our field leadership and Enterprise Analytics groups to develop our reporting and analytics strategy and roadmap. The senior manager will be tasked with leading a team of 1-3 managers and analysts to develop analytics and reporting capabilities within MinuteClinic operations and will own the retail health relationship with enterprise analytics and be responsible for intake and prioritization of all retail health analytic asks. Key Responsibilities include * Leading the data analysis, solution development, and evolving strategic role of analytics  on a team passionate about improving our MinuteClinic  financial and clinical outcomes * Setting the strategic direction for your team/focus area and deciding where, when and how your team should be investing its time and resources  * Working with a team to design, conduct and delegate the parts of a complex analysis (e.g. addressing multiple variables and dependencies) using large and sometimes messy data sets – and providing feedback to junior team members working helping with the analysis * When needed, independently designing and conducting a complex analysis (e.g. addressing multiple variables and dependencies) using large and sometimes messy data sets. * Morphing between the role of “player” or “coach” depending on what is needed at that time to accomplish results, with an emphasis on “coach” * Building out analytical tools , dashboards, precise reporting for senior leadership to track the success of our blue-chip MC initiatives and our success around our core MC KPIs   * Preparing material and presentations in a way that can be easily understood by non-subject matter experts Required Qualifications * 7 to 10 years of experience in a role that involves strategic problem solving (i.e. operations strategy, analytics consulting, product development) * 7 to 10 years of analytical experience designing and executing complex analyses using SQL, Tableau or Access * 7 to 10 years developing executive ready reporting tools, dashboards, and presentations * 5+ years of experience in MS office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) * Advanced education may substitute for experience Preferred Qualifications * Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.) * Additional database/coding knowledge * Knowledge and experience working with healthcare data a plus * The ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of stakeholders, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization * A highly developed ability to manage, develop, and mentor more junior team members to successfully conduct complex analyses * The ability to foster effective working relations with and persuade diverse business leaders based on fact and reason with an emphasis on achieving tangible results Education * Undergraduate degree in a STEM field (or highly relevant work experience) *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 - $174,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
