As part of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of quality artifacts supporting both automation and manual testing and meet established KPIs. Must have hands on experience with Test Automation & Test management tools to perform various types of testing (including in-sprint automation) to meet the business needs. Communicates effectively with product and cross program stakeholders at various levels. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and technical expertise within test automation and quality assurance. Lead System testing strategy for a value stream supporting product development of a CRM application hosted on Salesforce service cloud. Build related automated functional testing scripts and execute as part of in-sprint automation. Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all engagements Proactively identify and alleviate quality risks and help remove obstacles to release Assist in the attestation of the quality of builds deployed to production Focus on continuous improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools and test automation. Gather and present quality metrics to key stakeholders. Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to develop and execute QA strategies to meet the enterprise goals. *Required Qualifications* 5+ years of experience in Salesforce software quality assurance starting from planning to execution 5+ years of experience developing, executing, and analyzing automation tests. Hands on experience using Selenium, Java, Javascript. 5+ years of experience in functional, cross browser Automation using Selenium Web Driver 5+ years of experience testing APIs and data integrations. 5+ years of experience with configuration and customizations of salesforce including workflow rules, validation rules etc; Must be proficient in quality assurance life cycle including Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases and Defect Reports. 5+ years of experience leading agile testing teams and automation practices. Strong familiarity with DevOps and establishing CI/CD pipeline. 5+ years of experience with Test Management tools – Rational Tool suite, JIRA. Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies. Strong understanding of Agile principles. 5+ years of experience working in SAFe Agile environment.
