The AI Governance Operations & Enablement Manager is a critical role in driving engagement and enablement within the enterprise AI community. You will be responsible for promoting effective governance practices, assist in the maintenance and adoption of the AI policies and standards framework, streamlining and optimizing governance processes, and identifying actionable insights to close compliance gaps. The AI Governance Operations Manager will play a key role in fostering collaboration, driving compliance, and continuously improving AI governance within the organization. *Responsibilities:  * * Actively engage with the enterprise AI community to promote understanding and adoption of AI policies and standards framework, fostering a culture of responsible and ethical AI use * Develop comprehensive artifacts, guidelines, and training materials to educate stakeholders on AI governance policies, procedures, and compliance requirements * Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AI governance operations * Design reporting and metrics frameworks for project management and executive-level reports to provide a strategic view of AI governance to key stakeholders * Analyze data and generate actionable insights to identify and address compliance gaps, recommending appropriate corrective measures  * Aid and support ongoing AI governance initiatives, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with the organizations' strategic goals  * Keep abreast of relevant regulatory guidelines and ensure compliance of AI initiatives with evolving regulations * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, data privacy, and technology, to ensure alignment and collaboration on AI governance initiatives *Required Qualifications:* * 2 years' experience in AI program management and driving cross-functional collaborations, OR Master's degree and 1+ years' experience in consulting. * 1 years'  experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI and QlikView) * 1 years' experience with project management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Rally, Jira etc.)  *Preferred qualifications: * * Theoretical Proficiency in AI technologies such as machine learning frameworks, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision and generative AI (specifically large language models)  * Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of AI governance principles, including ethical considerations, regulatory compliance (e.g., EU AI Act and AI Executive Order) and risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST framework) * Strong understanding of bias testing and remediation for machine learning and generative AI models * Passion for developing field of AI Governance * Experience in engaging and collaborating with a diverse stakeholder community * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences * Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail * Proven experiences in AI ethics, governance, compliance, or related roles * Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS etc.  * Demonstrated ability to lead and influence change within complex organizational structures. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. *Education* Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, business, or a related field. Master's degree or higher preferred. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $201,900.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
