Work closely with QA Engineering teams to ensure application is tested with tools to delivery quality projects. Goal is to reduce manual testing and increase automation to reduce time to market. Provide QA leadership and drive decision making for testing decisions impacting Enterprise Delivery QA Strategy. This person will help guide agile QA teams regarding necessary testing and automation considerations, evaluate non-functional requirements, and drive key decisions about test automation for these initiatives throughout the program lifecycle. They will also provide technical leadership to the QA testing team, mentorship for other QA team members, and communication to leadership regarding key decisions and outcomes of performance testing. In this role you will act as the Test Automation lead for a Enterprise Delivery Tower leveraging significant enterprise experience in architecture and hands-on delivery of solutions to provide thought leadership and direction for test strategies, test tools, and test results. This includes having strong ability to look around the corner and advise leadership about the impact of emerging technologies. *Required Qualifications* * 5+ years of QA testing and Delivery focused on automation and emerging technologies. * Domain knowledge of SAP Rebates, FI and MM modules * SME level technical skills with Tricentis Tosca and UFT testing tools * SME level understanding of automation testing frameworks * SME level technical skills in the following areas: automation testing and engineering, automation architecture * High level understanding of both SQL and SAP database technologies * Demonstrable hands-on automation Test experience *Preferred Qualifications* * Understanding of healthcare business * Tosca Certifications * Overall understanding of workflows of Healthcare and SAP * Knowledge of CVS's strategic business plans including major technology transformation programs and business releases * Knowledge of emerging technologies * Superior cross-functional collaboration and communication skills * Strong problem solving and strategic critical thinking skills * Outstanding verbal and written communications *Education* * Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field required *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $166,900.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
