Collaborate across a cross-functional development team and stakeholders to make high-level architectural decisions, propose design patterns, and ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of digital solutions. Leverage advanced programming skills to design and implement complex features, optimize performance, and ensure code efficiency. Integrate various software components or systems, ensuring seamless communication and interoperability between different parts of the digital solution. Write and execute comprehensive test cases, conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the reliability, stability, and high quality of digital solutions. Participate in SAFe agile or other development methodologies, attend meetings, contribute to project planning, and help drive the progress and success of digital projects. Explore new tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve digital solutions and drive innovation within the development team. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, architecture diagrams, code documentation, and other relevant documentation while sharing their knowledge and expertise with team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and collaboration. *Required Qualifications* 7+ years enterprise / web / cloud applications software development experience 5+ years experience in Developing Java applications in Spring boot, Spring MVC 3+ years experience in Creating Angular / React JS UI Applications 5+ years of experience in Building APIs and services using REST 5+ years of Working knowledge with functional, imperative, and object-oriented languages and methodologies 5+ Automation technologies (e.g., Maven or Gradle, Jenkins, etc.) 3+ Building, testing, and deploying code to run on cloud infrastructure 5+ years of experience in Scrum/Agile development methodologies *Preferred Qualifications* Excellent verbal, written communication, and collaboration skills Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Experience in team leadership Experience leveraging container-based technologies Experience with delivery through an Agile delivery methodology Experience working with complex systems and solving challenging/analytical problems Ability to leverage multiple tools and programming languages to analyze and manipulate data sets from disparate data sources. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
