Job Description
It is an exciting time to join CVSH's Finance Organization as we are embarking on a new journey called Strategic Global In-sourcing Center (SGIC). This is a strategic initiative that will deliver multi-million long-term value for the enterprise. We are building out a team of high potential finance talents focusing on internal candidates with broad and rich financial experience and institutional knowledge who can hit the ground running with minimal onboarding and training efforts.
The SGIC Finance FP&A Advisor is primarily responsible for coordinating and supervising financial budgeting, forecasting and planning functions. May be process or project leader without supervisory responsibilities. This position will support the SGIC work effort exclusively.
As a member of the SGIC Finance team you will be responsible for establishing and managing the cost structure for a newly established offshore entity. This effort will require partnership with the SGIC leadership team and various stakeholders. Help grow SGIC performance over time through effective analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends.
Key responsibilities include:
• Performs complex financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics requiring advanced analytical and technical skills
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support in valuation, planning and forecasting
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Assists with analysis of key components of financial results and address questions as needed
• Supports financial information requests from SGIC stakeholders as well as Business Unit stakeholders participating in offshoring efforts
• Aid in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes and work with accounting team to ensure accuracy and consistency of accounting treatments
• May serve as team lead providing guidance and training to less experienced staff members

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
•5+ years of business, finance and/or analytics experience
•5+ years of experience with Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and/or financial softwares
•3+ years of experience working cross-functionally

• Experience working with, and presenting to, senior leaders
• Comprehensive healthcare business knowledge of Retail Pharmacy, or PBM, or Aetna Health Plans

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics preferred
Master's degree preferred.
