As an Aetna One Advocate Pharmacy Service Manager, you will implement national clinical management programs in local markets.
This position will be remote until COVID restrictions are lifted in January (tentatively). You must be able to commute to the office in Chandler, AZ for this role.
Manage pharmacy component of medical benefits for assigned customers
Establish and maintain external relations.
Participate in national, regional and local workgroups, as needed
Serve as first line resource for pharmacy issues in local market
Consult in quality management initiatives
Assess customer needs to align market KPMs with overall APM strategy
Ensure effective communications between customers and business partners
Develop locally driven programs and products and evaluates effectiveness
Select and guides strong teams through training, coaching, mentoring, performance management and development

1-3 years clinical pharmacy/administrative experience or equivalent.
Degree in Pharmacy
