A Day in the Life of an RN-Clinic Coordinator

The RN-Clinic Coordinator plays a crucial role in an interdisciplinary healthcare team, focusing on direct and indirect patient care across various departments such as Family Practice and Internal Medicine. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and ensuring accurate medical documentation and communication across departments. Challenges often involve managing complex patient needs and ensuring seamless integration of care instructions and treatments. Collaboration with physicians, LPNs, CMAs, and other clinic staff is essential for effective patient management and scheduling. The role requires adaptability to swiftly changing environments and maintaining high standards of care through continuous professional development and adherence to healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required
  • American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
  • Minnesota RN license
Preferred
  • Prior clinic nursing experience 

 

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience as an RN. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
