- ACLS and BLS needed
- Up to 30 patients on clinic days (Mon & Wed), 25 - 28 surgeries on surgery days (Tues & Thurs)
- Epidural steroid injections, SI joint injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablations etc
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
